DescriptionThrough the Réserve Personnelle range, the Buecher estate strives to highlight the grape varieties and the vintages more than the terroirs , very different plots that can be blended. For this Gewurztraminer , the grapes come mainly from vines located in Herrenweg in the municipality of Turckheim, but also from the hillsides of Wettolsheim and Husseren-les-Châteaux. After manual harvesting, the grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled vats and then aged in barrels. From year to year, these Gewurztraminer Réserve Personnelle wonderfully express the aromatic complexity of the grape variety through fresh, balanced , fruity bottles with a beautiful texture. Structured, they can stay more than a decade in your cellar if the vintage lends itself to it.
